A Journey of Lovingkindness and Conscious Living

Welcome. One-on-one mentoring is designed for those who feel called to dissolve reactive patterns, cultivate boundless compassion, and live from the radiant clarity of an open heart. Through personalized guidance rooted in Buddhist wisdom traditions, you'll learn to meet yourself and the world with profound tenderness while developing the inner strength to navigate life's challenges with grace.

What You'll Experience

Our work focuses on lovingkindness meditation, awakening the heart, and transforming reactive patterns. But what does that mean, exactly?

Simply put, lovingkindness practice is a style of meditation where we extend compassion to ourselves, our loved ones, neutral people, difficult people, and eventually, all beings. It allows us to cultivate genuine warmth over forced positivity.

If you struggle with vulnerability, we will work to dissolve the armor around the heart center, awakening together to the full spectrum of emotions and learning to stay open in difficult circumstances. This is the path to true connection.

When we recognize our triggers and conditioned responses, we can see our reactive patterns are rooted in fear and protectiveness. Only then can we create a space between stimulus and response and develop a wiser action over an automatic reaction.

My commitment is to provide you with tools, practices, accountability, understanding and support

True transformation happens not through force but through compassionate presence. We work with what arises—resistance, doubt, fear, joy—as the very material of awakening. There is nothing to fix, only patterns to see clearly and hold with tenderness.

Who This Is For

  • Do you feel stuck in reactive patterns?
  • Are you experiencing heart closure, cynicism, or difficulty with vulnerability?
  • Are you drawn to Buddhist practice but wish you had some personalized guidance?
  • Are you ready to deepen self-compassion and extend it to others?
  • Are you healing from trauma and ready for gentle, paced inner work?

No prior Buddhist knowledge or self-work is required, but I do ask that you be willing to commit to regular practice and be open to examining difficult emotions and patterns.
